Profile Pages & Followers
Within uRoutine, profile pages contains a number of details, alongside activity, commitments and followers.
Every uRoutine user has a profile page, although until someone has completed registration these may not be visible. You can navigate to your profile page at any time by clicking the profile icon in the main navigation bar. Your profile picture, bio and follower count will always be visible, regardless of your privacy settings. However, if you have a private profile then nobody will be able to view your routine(s), commitments or activity, unless you grant them permission to follow you.
You can follow or unfollow someone at any time. To view your followers and who you are following, navigate to your profile page and click on the 'follower' or 'following' links. These will show you the follower lists.
Editing Your Profile
You can edit your profile at any time, by visiting your profile and clicking on the 'Edit Profile' button. From here, you can change your display name, profile bio and profile picture. A profile picture is optional but will always display in a square 1:1 ratio format. At the moment we do not offer any cropping functionality but we plan to introduce this at a point in the future. If you wish to crop your profile picture, please do this before uploading it and ensure it is in a square ratio format. The maximum file size supported is 10mb - this is typically ample but if you are unable to upload your picture, please ensure it is in commonly supported format (JPEG, PNG, GIF, HEIC or HEIF) and does not exceed 10mb.Your Followers and Following People
Within uRoutine, we have the ability to follow profiles and people. You can follow someone by visiting their profile. If someone has a private profile then you can request to follow them but will not see their profile activity, commitments or routines unless or until they have accepted your request. If someone has a public profile then you can follow them and their activity and commitments will immediately appear on your home 'network' tab.You can follow or unfollow someone at any time.
